I contacted him on Facebook asking for a quote for low water pressure at my bathroom and laundry, he replied promptly saying he will come and investigate for FREE. I was astonished with his reply as other two local plumbers quoted me $230 just to come and investigate and the other one quoted me $50 service call fee and then $80 per half an hour.
